Lowly populated, fishermen's village where all you do in a day is hang around and watch sunrise and sunset. Life here is carefree, relaxed and slow. I spent a few days here, seeking refuge before I went to the surf camp. A normal day in this village for me includes early morning sunrise, watching the early surfers, trying to catch some close-up pictures of them, eating healthy breakfast, chatting with the villagers, reading my book, swimming at a nearby hotel pool at times, watching sunset and another set of surfers, tasty dinner at the one and only restaurant nearby and sleeping early (before 10pm) on that gecko-shit infested bed (the gecko never fails to shit at the same spot every evening). This was where I learnt to be a relaxed person, enjoying life as the day goes by, doing nothing and it was great! Don't dream about the internet as phones are only available in that dinner restaurant. Toilets are without flushing system and taking a shower with warm water means doing it sometime in the afternoon when the sun is hot. A very good place to study what life is all about without the technology that we use and take for granted of its availability these days.
