From a non-anaerobic person in my early twenties to a preacher in fitness in my late twenties, I am now switching to be a slump in the fitness area. Why do I say this? I crave for sweet things especially ice-cream and have vowed to go on a dessert buffet soon. I salivate at the thoughts of J Co and if it were not for the long queues I swear I would have eaten more than a dozen dougnuts glazed with fats, cream and sugar.
Fast food was never an option for breakfast, lunch nor dinner but within these two weeks I have had MacDonald's for breakfast and lunch, Dominoes pizza for lunch twice with two days in between and KFC for dinner right after dining at home. It used to be twice a year of MacDonald's and the orders were usually the healthier stuff, no fries. KFC was a once a year kind of thing with NO chicken skin! I don't think I could resist the wonderful flavours burried within KFC's crispy chicken skin now. Even writing about it makes me salivate again.
To think that once if I were caught eating in any fast food outlets near the gym, I'd lose my part time job as the fitness preacher. I am now a glutton for fast food. Gosh, how things have changed!
